We develop innovative solutions to utilize drone technology in the forestry sector. Our goal is to promote the development of forest bioeconomy, combat climate change, and preserve biodiversity by developing more accurate and practical data collection methods using drones. 

 

GEOSPATIAL ANALYSES 

 

Since 2018, we have been developing geospatial data processing models to efficiently produce information for the needs of wood procurement, logistics, and forest resource assessment. We understand the importance of the source data quality, and refine it based on the best available information. Together with the Customer, we strive to get to the root of the problem and find the most useful solution. Our service can be a one-time geospatial analysis or a continuous data service supporting the Customer’s business. 

 

 

COMPUTATION SERVICES

 

We utilize data collected by the Customer’s software and customize applications to gather the necessary information. We are experts at extracting useful information from very large and complex datasets. We identify and manage possible data errors and anomalies.

 

 

 

FOREST ASSET MANAGEMENT AND INVENTORY PROJECTS WITH STRONG EXPERIENCE  

 

We have strong expertise in managing large forest assets, both rural and urban forests. The Customer’s goals and values are our starting point, whether it's an inventory project or a comprehensive forest asset management service. We provide the tools and recommendations to support the Customer’s decision-making. Our computation services include productivity and profitability calculations for timber harvesting and transport, and CO2 emission calculations. 

 

UP-TO-DATE FOREST MANAGEMENT PLAN TO SUPPORT THE DECISION-MAKING  

 

An inventory project begins with mapping the Customer’s goals and assessing the quality of existing geospatial information. We use the best and most cost-effective inventory method case-by-case: A plot-based assessment in the field, drones, laser scanning data, or a combination of all of these.  

 

Based on the inventory results, we optimize harvesting and maintenance operations according to the Customer’s goals. We have experience both in rural and urban forest management, including multi-use (cultural, social, and ecological values) forest management. 

 

We deliver the completed plan both as a printed management plan and as a digital export file according to the forest resource standard, from which the Customer can provide information to partners, such as forestry companies.
